I work with a variety of creative practices that may help to express emotions that are initially too painful to put into words. Using creativity in conjunction with talking may offer a safe and contained way to start to look at and make sense of complicated experiences. and to see situations from a range of perspectives.
There is no need to have previous experiences of using any particular mediums or to be ‘good’ at art – rather it can simply offer an additional and often powerful way of furthering personal insight, healing and self-awareness.
During the pandemic, for safety reasons, I'm offering all sessions online or by phone only. We can discuss together which platform would work best for you.
