I am a qualified and registered counsellor and psychotherapist with over fifteen years experience in the mental health and community support fields. I have particular experience supporting people with past experiences of trauma and abuse, and those at some kind of crisis point or crossroads in their lives.
Organisations in which I have offered psychotherapy include Home-start Westminster, Clean Break, St Mungos Wellbeing Centre, and London Metropolitan University. I have worked as a therapeutic manager at Maytree Respite Centre, a residential sanctuary for people in suicidal crisis, for Place2Be at Fortismere Secondary School.
I am registered with the Health And Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to their code of ethics.

I also run workshops and support groups at universities for survivors of sexual violence, survivor-focused consent workshops and staff trainings around the needs of trauma survivors in education with the Not the Only One project.
I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, major life changes, issues relating to gender and sexuality, eating disorders, addiction and substance abuse, low self-esteem, shame, suicidal thoughts and feelings, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, financial challenges, loss, bereavement and grief, complex trauma, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse, health issues and illness.
